Description:
Purity Perfumes is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Perfumer to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive expertise in fragrance formulation, laboratory testing, quality assurance, and fragrance development processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of fragrance preparation, conducting laboratory analysis, maintaining quality standards, and supporting product development initiatives. The position requires strong technical knowledge of GC/MS systems, analytical procedures, and fragrance compounding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare fragrance bases accurately according to approved formulations and customer requirements
• Execute fragrance compounding activities while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Inject and test raw materials and fragrance oil samples using GC equipment
• Analyze chromatographic results and provide accurate interpretations
• Maintain and regularly update the MS library database
• Monitor the quality of raw materials and report any irregularities
• Ensure laboratory workstations remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
• Collaborate with research, development, and production teams to support fragrance innovation
• Perform additional duties related to laboratory and fragrance operations as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemistry or Agriculture) with a minimum grade of “Good”
• Minimum 7 years of experience in perfumery or fragrance laboratory environments
• Strong knowledge of GC/MS systems and laboratory analytical techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications and laboratory documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of:
• Fragrance formulation and compounding processes
• GC/MS analysis and chromatographic data interpretation
• Quality control procedures and laboratory safety standards
