A fast-growing international organization based in Dubai is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Executive to support its finance and operational functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle invoice processing and financial administrative tasks accurately
• Support import/export documentation and shipping coordination processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for operational efficiency
• Maintain financial records, reports, and operational tracking sheets
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and financial documentation tasks
• Ensure smooth execution of commercial and supply chain processes
• Support data entry, Excel reporting, and operational analysis activities

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in administration, finance, logistics, or supply chain roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
