Description:
eSol Global is urgently hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to support enterprise AI initiatives within the airline and aviation sector. This 12-month extendable contract is an excellent opportunity for experienced AI professionals who have successfully delivered production-ready Agentic AI solutions in aviation environments.
The ideal candidate will lead the complete AI implementation lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to deploying enterprise-grade AI applications. Applicants should possess extensive expertise in modern AI technologies, backend integrations, and large language model ecosystems while demonstrating a strong understanding of airline operations and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications.
• Gather business requirements and manage end-to-end AI solution delivery through production deployment.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models, AI Agents, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Search technologies.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems using MCP integrations, REST APIs, OpenAPI, Webhooks, and backend services.
• Implement tool calling, structured outputs, AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring solutions, and security guardrails.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions for airline operations.
Requirements:
• Strong professional experience within the Airline or Aviation industry (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, and Vector Search.
• Experience with MCP integrations, REST/OpenAPI, Webhooks, and backend integrations.
• Knowledge of tool calling, structured outputs, AI evaluation, monitoring, and AI security guardrails.
• Ability to manage AI projects from business requirement discovery through production deployment.
• Candidates with proven airline-domain experience and production-ready Agentic AI implementations will be preferred.
