Description:
Hermès Parfums & Beauté is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance team at the Dubai Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to contribute to the company’s financial operations within a prestigious luxury retail environment.
The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Applicants should possess solid accounting knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and be comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting documentation and records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE or GCC is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a finance team.
