Hiring Service Desk Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi

Contract Duration: 6 Months – Extendable

Job Purpose

  • The selected applicant will be responsible for analyzing and reducing cyber threats and vulnerabilities, disseminating cyber threat warning information, and coordinating incident response activities. The team provides advanced network and digital media analysis expertise and defends against malicious activity targeting networks within the UAE and abroad.
  • The Cyber Security Operations Centre Service Desk Agent (Service Desk)
  • Experience in using the ticketing systems, preferably IBM Resilient.
  • Experience in using the SIEM systems, preferably Splunk or Q-Radar.
  • Experience in using BI reporting tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Experience working with a customer service-oriented environment.
  • Experience providing service desk/call center support.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office suite.
