Creative Power Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for a skilled Material Purchase Accountant to join its team in the UAE. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in construction-related purchasing, procurement activities, and material cost management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase-related accounting tasks, coordinating with suppliers, handling procurement documentation, and ensuring accurate tracking of materials and costs. Candidates who are currently available in the UAE and can join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage material purchasing activities and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), supplier quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding material availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Track purchased materials and maintain proper documentation.
• Support cost control activities related to procurement and material expenses.
• Verify invoices and ensure accuracy of purchasing transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the construction field is mandatory.
• Experience in material purchasing and procurement activities.
