Description:
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership based in either Waltham, Massachusetts or New York City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and excels at managing complex administrative and operational responsibilities.
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative execution. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership as required
• Manage complex calendar scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
• Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and logistics preparation
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
• Support visa, passport, and travel documentation requirements when needed
• Handle expense reporting and general administrative tasks
• Prepare and test meeting technology and materials in advance
• Assist with internal events, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
• Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members
• Support broader executive operations and team priorities as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate or professional environment preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Strong knowledge of:
