HR Manager, Dubai

This position is for one who are into the Retail Industry (Fruits & Vegetable Trading Service) based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Should have experience in handling all the HR related matters from Recruitment until Exit, including Onboarding, Employee Relations & Engagement, Off boarding.
• Set-Up and manage the HR Department by developing and implementing all HR policies, strategies and procedures and systems, across the organization aligned with UAE governing Laws.
• Communicating with external partners
• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and handling disciplinary processes.
• Oversee General Administration functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree OR equivalent professional certification in HR.
• Must have experience of Retail Industry with at least 3-5 years of experience in handling core HR / Admin management activities in UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE labor legislation
• Should have experience in handling blue collar workers.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills of English & Hindi
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Advanced computer skill
