Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Accountant – E-Invoicing for a leading logistics and supply chain organization in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to e-invoicing systems, VAT/GST compliance, and end-to-end accounting operations within fast-paced environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing core accounting functions including receivables, payables, reconciliations, and month-end processes while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations. A strong command over ERP systems and advanced Excel skills is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end E-Invoicing processes and compliance
• Ensure accurate application of GST/VAT regulations
• Manage AR/AP operations and supplier reconciliations
• Prepare and process debit notes, credit notes, accruals, and prepayments
• Work on Oracle or SAP ERP systems for financial entries and reporting
• Support month-end closing and financial accuracy
• Maintain strong accounting records and reporting standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (CA Inter preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GST/VAT regulations
• Hands-on experience with E-Invoicing systems
• Proficiency in Oracle or SAP ERP
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
