Description:
Four Roads Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and a passion for finance, business growth, and working in a dynamic professional environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting functions, and assisting in key financial planning activities. You will also contribute to compliance, audit support, and ERP-based financial operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory records
• Assist with VAT filings and regulatory reporting requirements
• Support ERP system operations and financial data management
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations preferred
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, CA Inter (advantage)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting and accounting principles
• ERP systems and accounting data management
• UAE VAT compliance and regulatory reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
