Description:

Businessolver is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to support the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring competitive pay structures and supporting data-driven decisions that attract and retain top talent.

The position involves working closely with HR teams and business leaders to analyze compensation data, conduct market research, and develop recommendations for salary structures, pay equity, and incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and a keen interest in compensation strategy and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution and administration of compensation programs and policies

• Conduct market research, salary surveys, and competitive benchmarking

• Analyze internal and external compensation data and trends

• Evaluate pay equity, job structures, and incentive programs

• Develop compensation models and prepare reports and recommendations

• Present findings and insights to management and HR stakeholders

• Collaborate with external survey vendors and ensure timely reporting

• Support HR and Total Rewards initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

• 0–3+ years of experience in compensation analysis

• Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and data analysis tools

• Knowledge of compensation principles and job evaluation methods

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong knowledge of:

• Compensation structures and market pricing
