This role is designed for a Strategic Partnerships Manager who will work closely with technology partners, distributors, and channel networks to drive adoption of Balto’s solutions. The position involves relationship building, partner enablement, and supporting revenue growth through strategic collaborations across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with technology partners and channel distributors

• Support partners in positioning and selling Balto’s solutions effectively

• Collaborate with TSDs and technology partners to drive pipeline generation

• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue impact

• Conduct regular partner meetings, training, and enablement sessions

• Travel across North America (up to ~50% during peak months) for partner engagement and events

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner success and alignment

• Resolve partner challenges and support deal closure efforts

• Develop scalable systems and solutions to improve partner operations

• Represent Balto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or SaaS customer-facing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships quickly

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand environments

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple partner relationships

• Interest in AI tools, automation, or modern SaaS technologies

• Ability to travel frequently across North America as required

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and execution mindset

• Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, or contact center technologies is a plus but not required

• Familiarity with channel partners or TSD networks is an advantage
