Description:
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a motivated Destination Coordinator to join its Amstar team, supporting destination operations across hospitality and travel services. The selected candidate will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth destination services, maintain accurate operational information, and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong relationships with transfer and excursion vendors to ensure consistent service quality.
• Monitor vendor performance and support operational improvements.
• Assist in onboarding and evaluating destination products and services.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, service details, and operational information.
• Conduct quality assurance checks for airport transfers, arrivals, and excursions.
• Support local emergency response procedures when required.
• Report and escalate operational incidents through established systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or destination management.
• Experience working with vendors and operational coordination.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
