Description:
CG Talents is partnering with a premium luxury jewellery brand to recruit an experienced Operation Manager for its boutique operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive professional with a strong background in retail operations and team leadership.
The successful candidate will oversee daily boutique operations, manage inventory and stock control, supervise retail staff, and ensure operational excellence while supporting sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail boutique.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and stock movement efficiently.
• Supervise retail teams and support employee performance.
• Ensure company procedures, policies, and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and resolve operational issues.
• Support sales performance while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail operations or boutique management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operational processes.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proven experience supervising and leading retail teams.
• Experience in luxury jewellery or premium retail is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high service standards.
