Description:
A leading organization in the flour milling industry is seeking an experienced QC Manager to oversee quality control operations at its facility located between Ajman and Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in flour milling and food quality management to join a well-established organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, managing quality assurance activities, and leading the QC team to maintain the highest product quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Quality Control department within the flour milling operation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor the QC team while maintaining operational excellence.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Management role at the managerial level.
• At least 5 years of specific experience in the Flour Milling Industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, food safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience managing QC teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
