Description:
Hydrotech Line Contracting and Water Distribution is expanding its project team for a new large diameter ductile iron water transmission pipeline project for Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE) in Fujairah, UAE.
The company is hiring qualified professionals for multiple engineering and safety positions, including Project Manager, Project Engineer, Planning Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Site Engineer, NOC Engineer, and Safety Officer. Candidates with experience in UAE-based water transmission or utility pipeline projects are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support project activities according to assigned roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering and utility standards.
• Support planning, quality control, site operations, and safety management activities.
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant qualification for the assigned role.
• Experience working on water transmission or utility pipeline projects in the UAE.
• Knowledge of EtihadWE, ADDC, AADC, or similar utility standards is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within project teams.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Water transmission pipelines and utility infrastructure projects.
• Construction project management and site operations.
• UAE engineering standards, quality control, and safety procedures.
