Description:
OCTA Properties L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai. This role is responsible for overseeing construction activities from project initiation through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, monitor construction progress, maintain health and safety compliance, and provide regular updates to senior management. Candidates with strong UAE or GCC construction experience and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage residential and mixed-use construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project schedules, construction quality, budgets, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company policies.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Previous UAE or GCC construction experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of:
