Description:

We are hiring for Quality Controller Assistant

The candidate must have UAE experience in Furniture & Home Decor industry. Responsible Maintain Product and Quality standard of each items as per the Brand guidelines, Coordinating with supplier on AI, Packaging, Shipping marks, quality issues, credit notes, claims etc.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Sharing packaging requirements and standard with each supplier.
• Checking packaging and quality of the items.
• Sharing final approvals on packaging and shipping marks.
• Follow up on inspection report.
• Checking and approving inspection reports.
• Getting final container loading images and same to share with warehouse team.
• Follow up with supplier if there are any damages and getting the credit notes.
• Coordination point between WH, Store & buying team for any issues related to the product or supplier.
• Follow up on monthly supplier claim reports and sharing it with accounts department.
• Perform special assignments as given by Head of the Department.
