Description:
Mizaal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its finance team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with UAE accounting experience who are looking to develop their careers in a professional and supportive work environment.
The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and support accounts payable and receivable activities. Strong proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions accurately.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Generate, review, and process commercial invoices.
• Monitor and record corporate vendor expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital financial records and documentation.
• Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.
• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
Strong knowledge of:
• Tally Prime Accounting Software
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Microsoft Excel, Bank Reconciliations, and Bookkeeping
