TRIO is currently hiring an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join its growing hospitality and F&B operations team in the UAE. The company is seeking a skilled finance professional with strong hands-on experience in managing daily financial operations within the hospitality sector and supporting senior management in financial planning and reporting activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling core finance functions, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring accurate financial control across multiple business operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations within hospitality/F&B business units

• Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial analysis

• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, audit requirements, and financial policies

• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

• Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly and yearly closing processes

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting accuracy

• Supervise accounting staff and ensure smooth financial operations

• Support management with insights for improving profitability and financial efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance or accounting within the hospitality or F&B industry is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles

• Understanding of VAT, audits, and UAE financial compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Experience supporting senior finance leadership in operational decision-making
