Description:
Technopower Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting effective financial management across the organization.
The successful candidate will oversee financial transactions, prepare reports, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, management accounts, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable financial regulations.
• Coordinate audits, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support management with financial insights.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial statements
