Description:
JNK Nutrition is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on accounting experience in the UAE and a solid understanding of local financial regulations and VAT compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s financial reporting processes. Candidates currently residing in the UAE, particularly Dubai, will be given preference, and fluency in Hindi is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Handle UAE VAT accounting activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare VAT calculations and assist with VAT return submissions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile various financial accounts.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Support financial reporting activities and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Requirements:
• Proven accounting experience within Dubai or the UAE.
• Fluent Hindi preferred.
• Previous experience working with companies based in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, VAT returns, invoicing, reconciliations, and general accounting practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience using accounting software is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE/Dubai are preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT system and compliance.
• Financial record keeping and reconciliations.
• Invoicing, reporting, and accounting software.
