Description:
Response Plus Medical (RPM) is looking for a dedicated Transport Supervisor to join its team in Dubai. As a leading provider of emergency medical services, ambulance operations, occupational health solutions, and healthcare support services, RPM is committed to delivering high-quality patient care through operational excellence and innovation.
The selected candidate will oversee daily transportation operations, ensure efficient fleet management, supervise transport staff, and maintain compliance with UAE regulations and healthcare transportation standards. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership abilities and experience managing transport fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations, including ambulance and support vehicle services.
• Manage transport schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies, UAE road safety regulations, and healthcare transport standards.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Investigate transportation incidents, accidents, and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure timely response to patient transfer requests and other operational needs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate drivers and transport personnel.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams and operational departments to support service delivery.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and transportation-related costs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in transport fleet operations, preferably within healthcare, ambulance, or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and fleet management practices.
• Experience supervising drivers and transportation teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and transport management systems.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and manage emergency operational requirements.
