Head of Finance & Operations Abu Dhabi Asset Management a must · Leading Stock Investment Company Provide strategic direction and support in the long-term financial management and development of all services
Support the Director to ensure financial/business risks are identified and managed
Review operational processes to identify areas of improvement and maximize efficiency
Ensure efficiencies identified by the Finance and Business teams are implemented
Support the team to ensure services are appropriately funded
Ensure benefits from the digital transformation programme are realised in the longer term
Report on financial performance and business KPI’s with clear analysis and actions identified
Drive profitability and identify strategic areas to improve performance
Develop business cases for organic and new business growth to support the strategic aims
Create, plan and execute project work plans to achieve commercial objectives of the directorate
Lead and manage the team to ensure that business needs are met
Oversee compliance teams to ensure the directorate operates in line with policies and procedures
