Hiring Oracle ERP Techno Functional Consultant in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities & Requirement:

Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

We are looking for a techno-functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product and/or working with oracle advanced level 

We expect the candidate to have:

  • Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts.
  • Advanced to expert level experience with the Oracle with the Oracle technical stack, particularly Oracle PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and database object modelling.
  • Oracle ERP covering all modules
  • ERP for Finance, Procurement, EPM, Project management, Risk Management and Compliance, Supply chain and manufacturing, Predict and analyze with AI)
  • CRM
  • HRM for managing Human Resources, Talent Management, More HCM applications like Manage, protect, and optimize your workforce, payroll, HCM analysis
  • Advertising and Customer Experience (CX)
  • Process flow and configuration knowledge of all modules
  • Good Techno Functional knowledge in all oracle ERP cloud specific to the task functional modules; ex. HCM should have experience across all HR modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, Goals, Absence management etc.)
  • SCM Modules (PO, INV) Process flow and configuration knowledge
  • Hands-On experience on Oracle fusion, Suite APPS and other NetSuite technologies is an advantage
  • Good technical Knowledge of customizations, workflows, and Reports
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments while meeting project timelines and delivering
  • Experience in documenting the requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, technical documents
  • Good technical Knowledge on Interfaces & Customer Portals
  • Good Communication skills
  • Execute system study
  • Requirement’s collection and preparation
  • Review/Supervise in Database Designing
  • Review/Supervise in Designing, Coding, testing, and debugging of forms and reports
  • Maintains and customize in as per requirement
  • Implementation and testing to meet requirements
  • Documentation of complete requirements and execute project
  • Coordinate with the team member and production team for timely completion of project
  • Monitor the project progress
  • Presentation and training to end user
  • Handling and follow the project milestone
  • Work as consultant for development and implementation of new and existing systems
  • Should know on Quality Assurance testing as a regular step using black and white box testing
