Engineering Assistant Vacancy

3 years’ diploma in Electrical or Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering.

Work experience:                                        

• 3 – 5 years of experience for the maintenance of:
• Electrical equipment/switch gears/control panels/single & 3 phase circuits
• Experience in maintenance and service of Fahu/Fcu/Ahu/Split And Package Air Conditioners
• Experience in maintenance of Kitchen Equipments viz: Commercial Cooking Range, Deep Fat Fryer, Rational Oven, Combi-oven, Dish washing machine, Coffee machine, Chillers, Freezers, Ice machine, Dough Mixer, Ice cream maker, Electric Fry top, Industrial Rice Cooker,etc
• Experience in maintaining KEU(Kitchen Ecology Units) and its control sys:
• Basic knowledge of Dalli – light control system, Audio-visual system, DJ Equipment’s, Sound Mixer, Professional Disco-Moving head lights,etc
• Basic Plumbing knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV sys:
• Basic knowledge of Networking-XLR- Cabling.
• Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm/Fire Fitting system/FA –Panel/Cooking Gas control panel.
