Description:
A leading organization is seeking an experienced and qualified HSE Manager to support Oil & Gas projects across the United Arab Emirates. This senior-level role is ideal for professionals with extensive industry expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and mandatory ADNOC approval.
The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategies, ensure compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements, manage HSE teams, and drive continuous improvement across project operations while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement HSE management systems across Oil & Gas projects.
• Develop, monitor, and enforce project HSE plans and regulatory compliance.
• Manage HSE teams and provide leadership on safety-related initiatives.
• Conduct incident investigations, audits, inspections, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify project risks and ensure effective risk management practices are followed.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Requirements:
• ADNOC Approved HSE Manager (Mandatory).
• Minimum 20+ years of HSE experience.
• Proven experience working on ADNOC projects.
• Strong background in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HSE Management Systems.
• Risk management and international HSE standards.
• Incident investigation, audits, and inspections.
• Corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making.
• Experience managing HSE teams and implementing project HSE plans.
• UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
