Description:

Harris Computer is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join its growing support team at NorthStar Utilities Solutions. This remote position is suitable for professionals who have strong technical troubleshooting skills and can provide exceptional customer support while working with complex software systems.

The successful candidate will manage customer support tickets, investigate application issues, troubleshoot web, API, and server environments, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and investigate customer support tickets while ensuring timely responses and updates.

• Troubleshoot application issues across web, API, and server environments.

• Analyze system configurations, logs, database queries, and code-level issues to identify root causes.

• Track issues through resolution or escalation while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices in internal knowledge bases.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to reproduce technical issues and support product improvements.

• Communicate with customers through chat and ticketing systems to provide effective support.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting or developing enterprise web applications in Java or .NET environments.

• Utility industry experience is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Web applications and software support.

• API and server environment troubleshooting.

• Application logs, configurations, and database queries.

• Technical issue investigation and resolution processes.

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Must be legally eligible to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.
