Emirates International Hospital Group is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to its Senior Management Team. This position is well suited for an experienced professional who can manage executive operations efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will coordinate daily executive activities, manage schedules, prepare business correspondence, and support key stakeholders across the organization. Previous experience within the healthcare or hospital sector is essential, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents while maintaining confidentiality.
• Organize administrative tasks and support day-to-day executive operations efficiently.
Requirements:
