Pfizer is seeking a skilled Administrative Lead to provide high-level administrative support to business leaders and contribute to the efficient operation of teams within the organization. The successful candidate will manage administrative processes, coordinate meetings, maintain confidential records, and support workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to business leaders, including managing records, verifying data, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative activities and ensure smooth team operations.

• Prepare meeting agendas, schedule appointments, and document meeting minutes for meetings and conference calls.

• Identify and implement process improvements for administrative tasks while resolving complex issues with confidentiality.

• Organize documents, maintain file inventories, and manage purchase orders through the Ariba system.

• Coordinate logistics for large meetings, off-site events, and identify cost-effective vendors for business activities.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of administrative tasks while managing priorities effectively.

• Support team objectives by providing guidance, sharing ideas, and taking accountability for professional development.

• Lead assigned projects, monitor resources, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to perform office functions efficiently and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Strong knowledge of:

• Administrative operations and executive support processes.
