Description:
Utmost Gulf Group of Companies is urgently seeking an experienced Procurement Executive at the Senior/Managerial level to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for procurement professionals with extensive expertise in transport, logistics, fleet, and automotive procurement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, managing procurement activities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing of fleet and workshop-related materials while maintaining operational efficiency and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities for transport, logistics, fleet, and automotive operations.
• Source and evaluate suppliers while negotiating competitive pricing and contract terms.
• Procure fleet-related materials, spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, filters, and workshop supplies.
• Monitor procurement budgets and implement effective cost-control strategies.
• Maintain procurement records and manage purchasing activities through ERP systems.
• Build strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and efficient material availability.
Requirements:
• Minimum 15+ years of UAE procurement experience.
• Senior or managerial-level procurement experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Fleet and heavy truck procurement.
• Spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, filters, and workshop materials.
• Supplier sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Cost-control strategies.
• ERP procurement systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
