Description:
Al Arabia Facility Management LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in facility management who can oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring efficient maintenance and operational performance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical building systems, supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting operational excellence. Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of MEP systems within facility management projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate daily technical activities.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC systems.
• Electrical systems.
• Plumbing systems.
• Fire Fighting systems.
• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and team handling.
• UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
• Must currently be in the UAE and available to join immediately.
