Quadmark is looking for a Digital Admin Support professional to join its team as a Content Operations Coordinator. This remote opportunity is ideal for an organized and digitally confident individual who enjoys managing content workflows, learning new systems, and ensuring accuracy in digital operations.

The successful candidate will support learning content management across Learning Management Systems (LMS), configure and publish content, complete quality checks, maintain records, and help improve workflows through automation and AI tools. This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in digital content operations while working with teams across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage standard LMS content workflows and ensure accurate content publishing.

• Configure, update, and maintain digital learning content across platforms.

• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain clear records of content activities.
