Description:
Maylaa International is seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in government relations and employee documentation who can efficiently manage compliance-related processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling visa applications, government transactions, employee documentation, and renewal processes while ensuring compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations. The role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a large workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related government procedures.
• Coordinate medical fitness appointments, Emirates ID processing, and official documentation.
• Handle transactions with UAE government authorities while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring timely renewals and accurate documentation.
• Support workforce administration through effective coordination and communication.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in PRO or Government Relations.
• Fluent Arabic language skills are mandatory.
• Experience managing a large workforce and multiple employee files.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE labour laws, immigration, and government procedures.
• MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, visa and work permit processes.
• Emirates ID procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
