Document Specialist Graphics Designer Required – Dubai
The Documentation Specialist will provide support to the program teams for documentation of the program activities and will be responsible for conceptualization, collation, and documentation of all reports. This will include drafting program reports to partners, and other stakeholders; proposals; briefs; process documents; concept notes; program update reports; and others, as required. The Documentation Specialist will also extend support to all teams for reporting and other documentation.
At least 4 years’ experience in core documentation, and working with international organizations, national government, and corporates.
Demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Proven skills in use data visualization in the form of graphics, diagrams, charts with the use of new technology, is desirable
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high energy environment.
Must have knowledge on using Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
