Description:
IConnect is currently supporting a leading Hospitality business in Dubai who are looking for a Director of Engineering. Candidates would ideally be from a construction, project management background.
Responsible for the entire technical operations Including engineering, electrical, and mechanical divisions, as well as HVAC.
Have a technical understanding and previous experience of working on unique construction projects. Manage complex project deliveries, design, and procurement to set up.
Sign off all scopes of project, must be a self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks, work with little supervision and work in confined spaces.
Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines, Crisis management; work well under pressure, act quickly and decisively using sound judgment.
