Commercial Leasing Manager required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
• 5- 7 years of working in UAE as Leasing manager with a reputable property developer.
• Must have experience in leasing and managing Residential & commercial properties.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of leasing principles, practices, and regulations, with a solid understanding of local rental market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have the ability to articulate leasing proposals, conduct property tours, and interact professionally with tenants, property owners, leasing agents, and other stakeholders
• Must have valid UAE driving license
