We are delighted to announce that Aldar Home Healthcare and Home Hemodialysis, based in Dubai, currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Female DHA Registered Nurses with expertise in dialysis to join our compassionate team.

Job descriptions:

• Conduct home visits to set up, monitor, and supervise hemodialysis treatments for patients using a portable dialysis machine.
• Educate patients and their families about the proper use of the dialysis machine and home care procedures.
• Assess patients’ health status, vital signs, and laboratory results to determine the appropriate dialysis prescription and make adjustments as necessary.
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by the nephrologist or healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any adverse reactions or complications.
• Monitor patients for any signs of discomfort or adverse reactions during dialysis treatments and respond appropriately to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and follow best practices to prevent infections during the dialysis procedure.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, promoting a positive and caring atmosphere during treatments.
• Participate in staff training, continuing education programs, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills related to home hemodialysis and portable dialysis machines.
