Responsibilities:

  • While the role we are looking to fill is what you would traditionally call a sales position, we think of it more as customer care. Our company is a yacht rental operation in Dubai, UAE.
  • The role will be an office based. You will be helping client’s book yacht charters, but this isn’t a traditional sales role. We are not looking for aggressive sales candidates with tactics to close deals as the priority. First and foremost you will work to make sure your clients are well taken care of.
  • The sales happen as a result of that care. This role is for individuals who are incredibly detail-oriented but also love working with a variety of clients. Our clients are people, not sales targets.
  • They have come to vacation in Dubai with family and friends for an amazing time, and that is priority number one.
  • They are looking for trust in someone to guide them into safely spending their hard-earned dollars on an experience and day that will be a lifelong memory.
  • That someone is you they will trust is you. This position calls for an empathetic, hard-working individual who doesn’t see a sales opportunity as a dollar sign, but as a person, just like them.

HERE ARE THE DETAILS:

  • You will be working in the office.
  • You will be working Saturday through Thursday and Friday off
  • Our product is a Certificate of Excellence yacht charter, but that’s not what we sell. We sell time with families, unforgettable bachelorette parties, romantic sunsets, high-fives and lifelong memories.
  • This is an ideal job for dedicated individuals willing to continuously grow and learn. You will be learning on the go and updating your skill set as we grow.
  • You will work with highly motivated people in a rapidly growing company. If you are equally motivated, there is lots of room for growth beyond the customer service/sales position.
  • You are confident in your ability to multi-task. Often times you may have to answer a webchat, phone call, update client records as well as working on responding to emails within a short period of time, with some overlaps between those tasks.
  • A solid foundation on computers, spreadsheets, CRM tools, chat boxes, email, and all that good stuff is definitely a huge leg up. The less time training in these apps, the faster you will be trained up and working full time.
  • Excellent grammar and a perfect grasp of the English language are a must.
  • Being a problem solver is key. You will be trained up and given all the information we have and know about the yacht charter business. But every day is different.
  • Ability to handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism
