Hiring Part Time Sales Representative

GenomeArc, a Canadian biotech company, specializes in the development of clinical analytics software tailored for Next Gen Sequencing data. We’re looking for a skilled sales representative to boost revenue by promoting GenomeArc’s products to new clients within a designated territory. Ideal candidates have prior business-to-business sales experience and are proficient in negotiating lab and enterprise software solutions. Entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply. Job Description:

Joining our sales team, you’ll be responsible for revenue growth by overseeing a portfolio of targeted accounts. This role involves prospecting within your designated territory, following up on incoming leads, and reaching out to customers to promote additional functionality or licenses, as well as generating referrals. You’ll also engage (mostly remotely) with customers and prospects attending marketing events such as webcasts, workshops, or tradeshows. We’ll provide comprehensive training on deal closure, paving the way for your advancement into a future Sales Manager position.

Requirements:

  • Valid residence status (with visa) of Dubai
  • 2 days a week, engage in sales related activities (i.e. email, linkdIn, meeting) to reach out a set of identified possible clients.
  • Ideally, 2-5 years of business-to-business inside sales (phone, email, virtual sales call) experience. Previous experience selling software or technology solutions in the healthcare space strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record to achieve and exceed sales quota.
  • Background in biology is essential.
  • The ability to handle dozens of opportunities in parallel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in closing deals.
  • Polished and adept at selling intricate technical solutions to a discerning customer base.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as all of your communication with customers will be via zoom, teams, phone and/or email.
  • Must be willing and able to quickly learn genetics domain knowledge.
