Contracts Officer

Hiring Contract officer in conjunction with stakeholder from the sales project and after sales department

Leads and assist in the management of all contractual commercial matter and meet the organizational requirements as prescribed in the minimum standing trading terms as well as the contracts project scope, the role will be reporting to the finance manager in Dubai

Management and preparation for the contract for review during tender process, Highlighting and mitigating risk where possible, ensure compliance to company policies and appropriately documenting all contractual submittals and materials

The contract officer usually works in an office environment and attends project offsite meetings as required
