Mid-Level In-House Legal Counsel (IPR & Media Specialist)

The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Arabic/English), Western-educated Mid-Level In-House Legal Counsel specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) with a focus on media. This role involves drafting diverse contracts, managing corporate matters, and providing legal services across our company group.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, waivers, especially in media-related areas, ensuring legal compliance and risk management.
• Manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) encompassing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and media-related aspects.
• Provide legal advice on corporate affairs and offer support across the company group.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a Western-accredited law school.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Years of experience in IPR, media, and corporate legal matters.
• Proficiency in legal research with a strong understanding of IPR laws, especially in media contexts.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
