What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to achieve vendor listing targets and expand market reach.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish clear marketing goals and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and distributors within the HVAC and pumps sector.
• Leverage your technical expertise to provide insightful consultations and product recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Deliver impactful presentations to showcase AWS Distribution’s product offerings and value proposition.
• Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC and pump technologies, features, and applications.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the HVAC or pumps industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding consulting sales targets and demonstrably driving business growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and pump products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excel in both independent and collaborative work.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
