The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing customer requirements, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and securing successful transactions in the real estate valuation industry in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the UAE real estate market, including property valuation methodologies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks. The primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients, while driving revenue growth for the organization.

  • Engage with clients, understand their asset requirements, and provide tailored solutions based on their needs. Effectively communicate the value of our real estate valuation services.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate proposals for real estate valuation services, collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Address concerns or objections and facilitate the closing of valuation deals with accurate documentation.
  • Stay updated on trends, developments, and regulations in the UAE real estate industry. Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with relevant information for decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, coordinating with appraisers, analysts, and legal professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, negotiations, and deals. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends for management review.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business administration, or finance.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the real estate industry, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, preferably property valuation methodologies, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for market research, proposal preparation, and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
