Business Development Manager required

Location: Dubai

Core Purpose of the Job:

  • The position is responsible for sales prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, deals closure, account management, and performance development for the business development process.

  • Achieve budgeted sales revenue
  • Calls/emails/meetings
  • Introduce new markets/customers
  • Days Sales Outstanding
  • Achieve Gross Profit Margin
  • Annual Sales for existing clients
  • Average Order Values 
  • Lead to Sales Ratio
  • Attend Training Hours
  • Employee Engagement Score

Interpersonal Relationships:

  • Have a high level of job-required social interaction. Will interact daily with leads.
  • Communicate by telephone, e-mail, and in person daily.
  • Are regularly placed in sales initiatives
  • Will always work as part of a group or team.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a diverse/multicultural environment, as well as be assertive and adaptable to new environments.

Qualifications:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Business Development Certification 
  • Sales Enablement or Sales Development Certification
  • Strategic Management Certification

Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of the corporate sales funnel
  • Deep knowledge of the operations process map
  • Deep knowledge of the general workflow of the organization 
  • Good Knowledge of the best practices in IT training worldwide 
  • Good Knowledge of the certifications, accrediting institutions, and instructors’ qualifications
  • Good knowledge of the competitors’ product offerings and services
  • Good Knowledge of the process design and development within the technology sector.
  • Good Technical Knowledge of the different certifications 
  • Good Knowledge of the program outlines and training objectives 
  • Deep Knowledge of strategic sales management and enablement
