Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing and Processing the Payments (Cash & Cheque Payments)
• Processing the Utilities Registrations and Payments (DEWA, DU, Etisalat & Empower)
• Preparing Reports & processing payments on Monthly Basis
• Preparing supporting documents for VAT filing and assisting VAT consultants
• Reconciliation of Credit Cards and the Banks
• Handling and Reconciliation of Petty Cash
• Reconciliation of Suppliers Account on Monthly Basis
• Preparing the PDCs Report on Monthly Basis
• Preparing the Cheque Books Audit Report
• Documentations and Filing
