Assistance Finance Manager (Construction – Landscaping)
You will be responsible for all finance management related activities including the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes, budgeting and monitoring construction costs, produce accurate and timely cost management reports, manage planning and forecasting processes and auditing
Ensure Accounting & Financial Manuals, DOA and Operating Procedures are compiled and formalized.
CA/ CPA or similar
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar field out of which minimum 5 years UAE experience in the construction field required
Extensive understanding of financial accounting principles
Possesses ability to take decisions has initiative, drive and is a self-starter
