Job Description:
Ramesh & Associate is urgently seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Dubai with immediate joining. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled architect to lead luxury villa, commercial, and residential building projects while coordinating effectively with various teams and authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design from concept to detailed execution for various projects, including luxury villas and commercial buildings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and QS teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to address challenges and propose solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure budgets, timelines, and resources are effectively managed.
- Ensure compliance with regulations from Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, TRAKHEES, Emaar, Dubai Properties, and the Dubai Building Code.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience in Dubai, particularly with luxury villas and commercial buildings.
- DM Engineer Qualification (DEQ) and registration with the Society of Engineers (SOE) are mandatory.
- Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with Dubai Municipality coordination and authority approvals is highly preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Expertise in submission and approval processes for authority permits is essential.
