- Expected compensation: 15.00 – 16.00 USD Per Hour
- HireArt is helping A Generative AI Company find AI Trainers fluent in U.S. English to help improve the relevance of search engine results. No experience required. In this role, you’ll work on a long-term search evaluation project focused on understanding user intent and search result relevance.
- Our ideal candidates will be tech savvy and able to closely follow written instructions. They will also have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, so people with experience as a customer service representative, administrative assistant, medical assistant, receptionist, or retail associate are encouraged to apply.
- This role will be remote and is expected to run until the end of June 2025. Candidates must have access to a computer and internet service.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and grade search results based on your knowledge of U.S. English and local culture to enhance the relevance of search evaluations.
- Analyze user intent behind search queries to optimize search result grading.
Requrements
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, no prior experience required
- Must have been born and completed most of your schooling in the United States
- Access to a reliable computer and internet access
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow directions and perform time-sensitive tasks accurately and efficiently

Commitment: This is a full-time, W-2 contract position staffed via HireArt. This role is projected to run through June 2025. It will be remote and available to U.S.-based candidates except those residing in Connecticut, California, Washington D.C. and Washington State.
