Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a strong background in both administrative tasks and purchasing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our office operations efficiently while also handling purchasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as answering phones, managing company emails, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining office procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle purchasing tasks including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and processing purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring related to office expenses and procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with a focus on purchasing.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management practices.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, including vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
